Evaluate access before pricing
The crew needs to know working height, reach, ground conditions, overhead hazards and where the machine can be delivered and parked. A lift that reaches vertically may still be unable to reach around canopies, landscaping or utility lines.
Protect the operating property
Windows, doors, lights, signs, sidewalks, vehicles and customer paths are protected or scheduled around. Work zones should be visible, and the plan should avoid trapping customers or blocking emergency access.
Coordination with the property representative helps determine acceptable hours, staging areas and daily cleanup requirements.
